Getting Started State Filing Fees

There is a wide variation in state filing fees. The filing fee table below is intended to help estimate filing costs - suitable only for preliminary planning purposes. In some states the percentage is calculated on the total offering, while in others it is calculated on the shares offered in that state. There may be other points that arise in discussions with regulators that can modify plans and budgets.
